LaunchForge IQ provides informational research tools for independent sellers and creators. These disclaimers supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the limitations below.

2. Sales and revenue signals

Etsy's public APIs do not expose per-listing sales, conversion rates, or official revenue analytics for third-party research. Market Explorer and Niche Forge therefore focus on competition, prices, favorites, listing age, and related signals—not invented listing sales columns.

Shop Intel may show labeled heuristic estimatesfor a shop's top product (for example estimated sales per month and revenue). When available, those heuristics allocate the shop's publicly reported lifetime sales across sampled listings using views and favorites; otherwise a favorites-based proxy is used and disclosed. These figures are research aids only—not guarantees, not financial advice, and not official Etsy analytics. Do not treat them as proof of demand or profitability.

3. Opportunity Scores are directional

Opportunity Scores and related sub-scores (demand, competition, price, momentum) are deterministic heuristics based on available signals. They are comparative research aids, not guarantees that a niche will succeed, remain available, or outperform alternatives. Scores can change as marketplace data, fixtures, filters, or scoring logic change.

4. AI-generated content

Niche synthesis, rationales, suggested products, and similar outputs may be generated or assisted by third-party AI models. AI content can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. Always validate ideas with your own research, sampling, and judgment before investing time or money.

5. Not advice

Nothing in LaunchForge IQ is financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Etsy, Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise. Your listing, product, pricing, and compliance decisions remain solely your responsibility.

6. Third-party data and availability

Marketplace data may come from Etsy APIs, caches, or deterministic fixture/demo datasets. Third-party APIs, rate limits, outages, policy changes, or incomplete responses can affect accuracy and availability. Fixture mode is for development and demonstration and may not reflect live marketplace conditions.

7. Trials, plans, and feature limits

Free, Starter, and Pro plans include different usage limits. Starter and Pro checkouts may include a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription unless canceled in time. Limits, pricing, and feature availability may change. See Billing in the app and our Terms for details.

8. No warranty of results

We do not warrant that using LaunchForge IQ will increase sales, rankings, traffic, or profitability. Past marketplace patterns do not predict future outcomes. Use the Service at your own risk.
